The holiday homes are located at Puolanka, in the vicinity of the ski resort Hiihtokeskus Paljakka (2 km by car and 1.1 km by footpath), at the address Lehtotie Street, FIN-89140 Puolanka.

Standard equipment in all three holiday homes include electrical lighting and stove, refrigerator, heating, a fireplace, cold and hot running water, shower, toilet, microwave oven, TV, radio, dishwasher and a drying cabinet.
